Coaching since 1996, got serious in 2000. Coached Sunny Coast and Wide Bay Juniors mostly, went to Mackay and Coached Northern squads. President of Coolum for 6 terms.
Long Tern Goals for the Sea Eagles: I aiming for the whole squad being more than competitive in their respective grades. I see juniors coming through and seeing the Sea Eagles as more than a stepping-stone. I want them to look to us as a goal and a launch pad. I want them to really strive to be here. I see the club with the staff it has now as being the best thing for Rugby League and its players on the Coast.
